Please Note: We do our best to represent the colors accurately but monitors and hand held devices may alter the image. On auctions for mixed colored lots (i.e. iridized mix, Victorian rose mix, etc) the tiles are pulled randomly from a large bin so the ratio of each color will vary from pack to pack. We cannot pull specific colors for your pack(s) but would be happy to assist you with a special order.

A bold Iridized finish that shimmers in the light. An iridized finish reminds me of the shimmery surface of a oil slick or the inside of an abalone shell. |

Transparency: |
Opaque
Opaque - Items cannot be seen through the glass.
Semi Opaque - Glass is opaque in parts and semi-opaque in others.
Transparent - Items can be seen clearly through the glass. Applied to a white surface this glass can functions as opaque and achieves a high degree of depth with high color saturation.
Semi Transparent - Items can be seen though the glass but with some diffusion.

Quality: |
We have rigid quality control standards and do our best to ensure all our tiles are cleanly and evenly cut. However our tiles are HANDCUT so some tiles may be a tad larger or a tad smaller but most will be spot on. Additionally, glass is susceptible to edge chipping and “flaring” (the underside flares out at the edge ever so slightly) when it is cut to small sizes. We try our best to pull these tiles out but your package may contain a few that have these characteristics. These characteristics will not affect the usability of the tile and your grout lines should cover these slight imperfections. If your project calls for exact precision machine cut tiles please email us for a quote.

Working with these tiles: |
Cutters: These tiles can be cut with wheeled nippers for free form shapes or a glass cutter and pair of running pliers (specialty pliers that ‘break’ the glass along the line you made with the glass cutter) for specific shapes. We sell all these tools in our eBay store and would be happy to add them to your order.
Glue: We recommend Weldbond glue simply because we have tried every other glue on the market and had the best results with this brand.

Uses & Limitations: |
Indoor or outdoor applications, craft, costume, auto and home improvement projects. Not recommended for floor surfaces subject to high traffic. Unless specified this glass is not rated for fusing.

COMBINED SHIPPING: We encourage combined shipping for most of our items (table bases, glass sheets, etc cannot be combined due to their size and weight). To get the combined shipping discount you MUST pay for all your items with one combined payment so PLEASE email us for a combined invoice BEFORE paying. The eBay software does not allow us to combine orders if you have paid for them separately. Therefore, multiple orders paid separately will be shipped at our discretion - either separately or combined, and no refund of postage will be given if excess postage remains. DAMAGE CLAIMS: If for some unfortunate reason your items arrive damaged our customer service team will work with you to get replacement goods dispatched promptly. Before we can send replacement goods we will need photographs of the damaged goods in order to start a claim with our insurance carrier. We will need a minimum of 3 photographs:
1. A photograph of the outside of the original box showing the damage
2. A photograph of the ENTIRE lot of damaged goods
3. A close up photograph of EACH damaged piece so we can estimate the financial cost of the damage and determine exactly what to replace

We ship Monday through Friday every week. We generally do not ship on weekends although during peak seasons this is subject to change. Orders received after 12:00 pm on Friday are not usually processed until the following week. Orders are generally processed within 1 - 2 business days but during busy times of the year (such as Christmas) processing may take slightly longer. Custom orders may also take slightly longer depending on the nature and size of the order. If you need your order in a RUSH please contact us to make arrangements and we will do our best to accommodate you. Expedited / Overnight shipping is available for an extra charge to most locations but please note the cut off for guaranteed delivery next day is 11:00 am.
Customs/duty fees are a necessary part of international business however in our 8+ years of experience with international customers we have only had fees assessed a handful of times. In our experience these fees are very rarely applicable to the average artisan since they are not buying in quantities large enough to warrant the assessment of any fees. Customs and Duty fees are primarily designed for importers and exporters conducting business on a large scale with the intent of reselling the goods in the destination country. If fees are assessed they are the responsibility of the buyer.
We cannot control the time it takes your parcel to clear the customs office. If it is delayed we are not able to do anything to expedite it so please be patient.

We offer custom tile blends, mosaic kits, scrap glass, sheets glass, and are happy to provide you with a quote on any sized project. There is no extra charge for a custom order and it is fast and easy so please let us help you tile your dreams.
To give you an accurate quote on your special order we will need to know the following:
- Quantity of tiles you need or the size of your project
- Size of the tiles you wish
- Colors (please be specific - i.e. pale blue, bright sun yellow rather than just requesting blue and yellow)
- Transparent (see through) or opaque (non-see through) glass
- If you need nippers, glue and grout as well
- Your location (USA or international)
