All orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing partner Premier (Global Accessories, Inc.) who try to stock as many different vehicle styles as possible. Floor Mats not in stock will have to be made. We do not know what is in stock and what isn't. Please do not ask us.
Shipping & Handling Times
We offer "Ground Shipping" for US orders ONLY via USPS and FedEx. We currently ship within the US only (including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). No international shipping available. Floor Mats that are in stock will ship within 1 to 5 days. Floor Mats that need to be made will ship within 10 to 14 days. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery after your Floor Mats ship.
Communication
All communication will be via email to your registered eBay email address. Please make sure that you can receive your email from eBay. We WILL answer all emails within 24hrs.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an Order Confirmation email from us after we receive payment, all information we need and your order has been placed with Premier.
