About our Guitars: BadAxe Guitars is committed to providing high quality used guitars at affordable prices. To achieve this result the following five step process has been implemented to insure that you get the very best value for your “USED” guitar dollar.
 
When a guitar shipment arrives at our suppliers warehouse, the Receiving Manager and his staff unpack, count and inspect each guitar. The manufacturer’s serial number is removed and replaced with a new serial number. Then the word “USED” is stamped on the back of the head stock.
These last two steps are taken, to protect the interests of the manufacturers
and to prevent the filing of improper warranty claims. The guitars are then
graded and prepared to go into the restoration shop.
 
The second inspection is performed by a professional repair staff,
while completing any necessary repairs and adjustments. Our suppliers "Restoration Shop" is one of the largest and highest volume shops in the country. They perform over 4000 individual repairs per month. The shop has been awarded a “Gold” level certification from Fender™ and employs one “Gold“, six “Silver” and several “Bronze” level repair techs.
 
 
The Quality Control Manager performs the third inspection. This process involves checking all seams, surfaces, finish, set-up and electronics. This is a very detailed inspection.
 
The fourth inspection is done when the guitars arrive here at BadAxe Guitars. Each guitar is personally inspected and tested by Jerry and Jarred. (They love their jobs.)
 
Julie performs the fifth and final inspection. Julie is responsible for
carefully packing your guitar. Each guitar is double boxed so that it is suspended in the outer box. This insures that the guitar is protected during shipment until it arrives at your door. Shipping: We ship UPS and charge a flat rate of $39 in the US. We ship to Canada by US Postal Service - Priority Mail International for $43.  All other international clients see shipping charges below before bidding. It is important to note that customs duties and import taxes may be assessed and are not part of the shipping cost.  Please check with your local customs office for costs and information.  All items will be shipped insured and if any damages are found upon arrival please contact me at Jerry@BadAxes.com

Policies: We accept returns on any purchase if notified within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be returned in the original box and packaging and in the same condition as when we shipped it out. Return shipping charges will be payed by the buyer and are not refundable.
