Ship order within 3 business days of a cleared payment if product is received and does not work the seller will replace that product once the defective piece is returned.

All items purchased from us at TunnelVision Music.com come with a 30 day, no questions returns policy. If you are not satisfied with the item simply contact ebay@tunnelvisionmusic.com within 30 days for receiving your package and we will issue you an RMA Number to return the package.
