Customers Please Read:

All products are brand new in box unless described otherwise. Descriptions are also clearly stated near the top of the page and please see further description below. Every order will be accompanied by a receipt to be eligible for the manufacturer's full warranty.

If the auction states BRAND NEW IN BOX, it means it is BRAND NEW and any applicable warranty will apply.

If the auction states USED, that means the item was PREVIOUSLY OWNED and warranty will not apply.  A description as to any damage, blemishes or integrity of the item will be posted in the listing.

If the auction states FACTORY REPACKAGED it means the item was used for a very short period by the manufacturer for trade show or clinic purposes, and repackaged with original materials. These units are under full warranty and are in new condition.

If the auction states FACTORY REFURBISHED it means the item was repaired and restored at the manufacturer to conform to original factory specs. It could also mean it has a blemish, usually very minor. This information is not disclosed to the dealer and each item would need to be individually checked. These units are also under full manufacturer warranty.

Shipping:

• We ship via UPS Ground or US Postal Service. Items shipped via USPS will say so in the auction. PO or APO box customers must ask first!
• Shipping prices in auction are for customers in the 48 Contiguous Unites States ONLY!
• Your order will be filled and shipped within 3 business days of ordering.
• Tracking information will be messaged and attached to your ORDER DETAILS PAGE within 24 hours of shipment.
• We do not allow local pickups!

Payment:

• We accept payment via PayPal and credit card by phone. PayPal payments go to: Smashing_Pricezz@yahoo.com
• Payment Must be Received within 7 Days of end of auction/listing. If it is not received within this time, I will send a non-paying bidder notice and the item will be relisted.
• ALL customers in NEW YORK STATE are charged a 7.4% Sales Tax.

Returns & Feedback:

• Returns are accepted only if your item is defective. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your product.
• If your item is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately. We will handle any UPS claims.
• We are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to refund.

• Items shipped outside the USA are NOT COVERED BY MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY. If there is an issue with your item upon receipt you will be responsible for (meaning pay for) shipping the item back to us and to you again
• We ship all orders via USPS International Priority Mail and it will include insurance. (unless otherwise noted)

·         We will not devalue items for customs, or mark as a gift. U.S and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

• The Buyer is responsible for paying all customs duties and taxes if your country charges them. These duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping price. I do not know how much they will amount to so please contact your countries customs office for further information prior to purchasing.
