For our United States Customers: 
 
Standard delivery is available to all 50 United States and U.S. territories, orders are filled the day of or the day after we receive them, usually depending on the time of day.

Standard delivery usually takes approximately 1 to 2 weeks. 

For our International Customers:

Any customs, taxes, import duties, or any other applicable charges are your responsibility and are collected once the package reaches your country. We have no jurisdiction over these expenses and cannot determine what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information just to make sure.  Additionally, when ordering from JC's Collectibles, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Standard delivery time is approximately 1 to 3 weeks.  U.S. funds only please.

If you have not received your package in the time periods indicated above please contact us via e-mail because it most likely means your package is traveling Pony Express through the Twilight Zone.  As you can see by our feedback we very seldom have these problems and if they happen to occur will be handled promptly.

*NOTE*

Though we do normally get your order ready and shipped in a timely manner (usually less than 24 hours), we are not responsible for service transit and delivery time.  This service is provided by the delivery carrier, (i.e. US Post office, UPS, etc) any time frame mentioned excludes weekends and Holidays.  Transit and delivery times may vary, particularly during peak holiday's.
