This is a Ihling Bros Everand co Masonic Outfitters Kalamazoo Michigan hat.  It's burgandy and says Mizpah on the front and has a nice black tassle and the masonic sysmbols are underneath it.  There is also a red satiny bag that goes with it and it has the number 7 on it.  It's got some minor dirt on it and there is some fraying by the drawstring at the top of the bag.  The hat is 6 inches high and is quite clean.  There is minor wear or dirt on it if at all. 

WE GARAGE SALE FOR YOU!!! Items may be from garage sales, auctions, our own home, or from store bought items. We do not smoke, but do not know what the conditions of the homes our stuff comes from. We do have pets, so if your allergic to any kind of animal hair, I would not bid. All washable items will be washed with Cheer and Downy. We try our best to notice and document anything that is wrong with the item we are selling but we might miss something. If at time of shipping, we find anything wrong we will e-mail you and let you decide whether or not you want to keep the item or not.  All items are USED unless stated new.

Multiple Items: With multiple items, I will put them in a box and just charge the actual shipping. There is no extra fee per item, it's an addition charge on the weight. Most times it does not affect the shipping cost and therefor you only pay for one item to be shipped. If it's going in a flat rate box, as much as I can fit in that box will be the same rate no matter how many items your ordering.

Feedback: Due to some nasty and generally just unhappy in this world people, we are changing our feedback policy affective immediately.  We will no feedback until feedback is given.  I have tried to hold off on doing this but since ebay is now punishing sellers based on feedback and they allow fowl mouth people to leave nasty feedback and don't do anything to help the seller we can not continue this practice.  In saying this please consider these things before bidding:

1.  READ ALL LISTINGS CAREFULLY, IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ASK, IF YOU NEED PICTURES ASK.  I WILL ANSWER TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE AND MY OPINION SO IF YOU HAVE DOUBTS ASK FOR PICTURES OR DON'T BID.

2. IF YOU PURCHASE AN ITEM AND DO NOT PAY AFTER THE UNPAID NOTICE YOU WILL GET A NEGATIVE.   IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND AFTER CLOSE OF AUCTION YOU WILL BE A NEUTRAL OR NEGATIVE.  YOU MAY NOT REALIZE BUT WHEN YOU BID SOMETHING UP AT THE LAST MINUTE AND DON'T PAY WE CAN'T ALWAYS RESELL IT AND USUALLY TAKE A HUGE LOSS

3.  IF YOU ARE JUST A NASTY PERSON DON'T BID, SEE FEEDBACK RULE #4.

4.  I WOULD RATHER NOT SELL AN ITEM OR SELL IT FOR $5 INSTEAD OF $50 AND NOT GET NEGATIVE FEEDBACK BECAUSE SOMEONE DOESN'T READ THAT SOMEONTHING DOESN'T WORK OR DOESN'T LIKE THE COLOR.

Refunds: Please read carefully:  Effective immediately there will be no returns unless the item was grossly misrepresented (i.e. it doesnt' work when we said it did, it had a chip we didn't realize.)  .  If it's our fault then we will take the heat for that but otherwise see feedback rule number 4.  If it doesn't fit or wasn't what you expected then we will not take it back.  All items over $30.00 must have insurance and any item without insurance will not be refunded if it never arrives.  I can't control the post office or what they do and I will no longer refund packages that don't arrive.  Luckily i've only had 2 in over 2000.  Also I will not refund based on opinion see feedback rule No 4.  And with all refunds no money will be returned until positive feedback is given.   So like the lady who didn't like the color of her dishes got her money back, cheaper dishes from someone else and I was out all the money.  So no more.  Also you now only have 3 days from delivery confirmation date to return items.

Shipping. Generally we ship the same day payment is received. I try to hold off going to the post office till 4pm on week days so that I can get everyone's payment. The S&H fee is now $1.65 for all packages.  Boxes, tape, bubble wrap and extras including bubble mailers cost money.  

Shipping guidelines:

Books / tapes / media items - Media, Priority, Express Mail USPS

Unbreakable items that can go in an envelope - Parcel post, Priority, Express Mail - USPS

Items under 2lbs or breakable - Priority Only - USPS

Items over 2lbs - Parcel Post, Priority and Express Mail USPS

Items over 12 inches on either side or over 7 lbs - UPS Ground, Parcel Post, Priority.  Parcel post now has size requirements so it's not always the cheapest way to go, please look at all your options.

Items over USPS dimensions / weight must got UPS Ground. 

International shipping - Only Canada and UK and we are going to try Japan.  You can e-mail me to see if I will approve you to bid but you must have 100% feedback given and recieved.  Purchased items from the US before.  Have never given a negative or neutral to anyone internationally.  And no feedback will be given till feedback is left.  Also you agree by bidding that you will pay your international duties if they apply. 

International packages will be First Class unless size / weight dictates otherwise.  I recently found out that the originally I was given the wrong information on how to measure the international packages and we can actually have a pretty normal size package before we have to go Priority. 

Payment. We accept paypal and money order. International orders are PAYPAL only. All payments through paypal must be cleared before item will ship.

Delivery – some items are too big to ship. If that is the case we will offer pick-up or delivery within 100 miles. Pick up must be made or arrangements made within 7 days or the item will be relisted and you will get a negative if we can't sell the item for the same price.  Don't bid on a pick-up item and then decide you want freight, never pay for the freight and cost me $50.  If your not going to pick it up don't bid.  See feedback rule NO. 4.  On delivery we charge $.75 a mile. The mileage will be determined by the starting and stopping address according to mapquest. Also all delivery orders must be paid with the fee upfront and by paypal. This way your address is verified and we will only deliver to your verified address, not someplace else.
