Payment is due within 7 days (or less) of close of auction. Paypal is preferred method of payment. We will accept money orders or bank checks (U.S. Funds only) from buyers in the U.S. and Canada. Attention buyers in Australia, New Zealand, Europe and the UK: Payment is paypal only in U.S. Funds. All orders are sent out the next business day after payment is received. When you see our feedback, you know your patch has been sent to you. We leave feedback for every transaction.
First patch full s/h, each additional patch s/h reduced by $0.50. Items must be purchased in same weekend and paid for together. If you are bidding on multiple items, do not check out or pay until all of your auctions are over. Your discount will be calculated automatically by paypal or we will send you and invoice. If you pay for items separately, there is no discount.

Please Note: We send all patches via USPS first class mail the next business day after receipt of payment to the address you provided Ebay. Every patch is double checked for accuracy and in the appropriate size envelope and securely packaged with the proper amount of postage. We make every effort to insure that your purchase reaches you in the same condition it left us. The USPS is very efficient in getting your bills and junk mail to you. They also do an excellent job in delivering our patches (see our feedback). If you have a concern regarding shipment you can purchase insurance at an additional cost of $1.50 per shipment. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
