The term edema refers to the accumulation of an excessive amount of fluid in tissues or organs resulting in swelling.  Lymphedema is the swelling of subcutaneous tissue and skin as a result of the malfunction, removal or scarring of the lymph nodes or lymphatic vessels.  These problems cause the lymph fluid to pool in the affected area with no way of relief.

Lymphedema is one of the most misdiagnosed diseases in our country today.  Consequently, millions of Americans suffer from this disease and have no idea that it is the issue.

We are certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Complete Decongestive Therapists; as well as a garment fitter for Juzo, Jobst, Elvarex and Circaid.

As certified therapists in the Vodder Method of lymphatic treatment, we provide treatment, education and support to those diagnosed with or at risk for developing lymphedema in home.
