You are bidding on an 8 INCH BY 10 INCH, BLACK AND WHITE COPY OF AN IN-PERSON PHOTO OF HOPALONG CASSIDY RIDING TOPPER IN THE 1953 SPOKANE, WASHINGTON, LILAC PARADE.  Back in those days Spokane had a “Grand Marshall” every year for its Lilac Parade and in 1953 it was Hoppy and Topper.  This photo-lab enlargement is from a negative of a snapshot that was taken by an 11 year old boy (me) at the corner of Lincoln and Sprague in downtown Spokane during the 1953 Parade.  I liked the photo so much that I kept track of the negative for the last 56 years and had this professional 8 X10 enlargement made from that original negative.  I will also send a note of my personal recollections of the day I took the picture.
