InFocus LP720 Big Screen TV Projector - Charity Auction

Fully tested & Fully Operational  !

Please note exact unit not shown but is the same model and has very similar cosmetic issue.

On auction is one Infocus LP 720 LCD Home Theater or Computer* LCD Projector. This is part of a fund raising charity auction for a local Chicago High School (St Gregory the Great High School). This projector and other on auction today were all in storage around the school and were each cleaned and in many cases required school tags to be removed (by law).

Please note as part of full disclosure I myself am the Director of Technology for St. Gregory the Great High School (I just started 1 week ago though)

Regrettably the removal process did cause some damage (cosmetic only) to the housing of these projectors. Please note all units were powered up and connected to a modern DVD player and tested. All remote controls were also tested. Again some removal of markings was required and did leave cosmetic only marks.

So each and every unit up for auction MAY have some cosmetic marks on it. Whenever possible these are documented in the images (which there are numerous) ones for each item. But again each item is 100% fully working order and was fully tested.

It is impossible to say how many minutes or hours of use each has had in that these were literally in storage and were just found recently as part of a overhaul of ALL Information Technology system in the school.

100% of the profits from these auctions go to St. Gregory the Great High School. There are no additional fees or such being deducted. I am myself have volunteered to do the postings and other volunteers are helping in packing and shipping of items. So again this is part of a 100% charity auction to help raise money for much needed Information Technology improvements which will help the faculty, staff and most importantly will help the students of St Gregory the Great High School.

Thank you so much for visiting this auction and I and everyone else at St Gregory the Great High School thanks you for your time and hope you bid on this item.

Thank You and God Bless-

CD-Rom with manuals will also be included (but is not shown)

*To connect to a computer Mac/PC you will need a "Cable Wizard" which are on auction separately from the projectors. You can save on shipping if you win one of each.

The proceeds from this auction and others occurring now and in the future will go towards improving the technology such as (servers, desktops and applications). Again 100% of all the profits are going to the school. Mission and History The mission statement of St. Gregory, a Catholic, co-educational high school, defines the task it has chosen to accomplish: "to provide students of diverse academic, ethnic, and religious backgrounds a secure environment in which they can experience quality education that equips them with the skills needed to become contributing members of society, and to accomplish this in an atmosphere that encourages respect and fosters human values." St. Gregory High School opened in 1937 as the first co-ed Catholic high school in the Archdiocese. It has always been one of Chicago’s smaller Catholic high schools. It is a school where “faith based education”, “mission”, “family” , “inclusive”, “respect” and “ individual attention” have always been key values that best describe the attitude and environment a student, parent or parishioner will find within its halls and classrooms. In the early years SGHS was primarily a neighborhood school and the homes surrounding the school were teeming with students at both the elementary and high school levels. As the times and neighborhood have changed so has the high school. Today SGHS is home to a culturally, economically, academically and religiously diverse student body. An inspired faculty team continually seeks opportunities to utilize those differences to abolish intolerance and build bridges to respect and understanding. Students seeking a faith based education that offers a college prep curriculum, small classes and a support system akin to family will discover what they are looking for at SGHS. Of note at the school are: * College-Prep Curriculum * 10-1 Student Teacher Ratio * Honors Curriculum * Block Scheduling * Learning Resource Program * Protégé Internship Program * Best Year Yet * Arts/Clubs/Fieldtrips * Athletic Program
