Inauguration Day, 39th President of the United States,

Up for auction today is an Inauguration Day envelope , has picture of 39th US President " Jimmy Carter". It is postmarked Plains Ga Jan 20 1977 and has Inauguration Day on the front. There is a slight stain barely visable on it and is in unused condition. It was never sent through the US mail. Slight yellowing of paper from age but looks very nice and would make a nice addition to your collection or for a gift.
