  Description:

India 1944 Maihar State court document affixed with 8 annas court fee stamp (KM Type 7) along with a World War II 'FOR INDIA'S DEFENCE SERVICES' 1 anna bilingual war fund red label depicting map of India and V in center which is printed in blue colour. Oval rubber stamp of the Petition Writer on bottom left on front of the document. Document signed by District Magistrate of Maihar State along with the official rubber stamp on back side of the document. Scarce fiscal.
