Synopsis

Millionaire Raj is to be married to Simran, a millionairess. However, both are unhappy with the alliance finalised by their parents. Simran is in love with Sameer who is an upcoming singer and musician. Raj is head over heels in love with Asha who is the tution teacher of his kid-sister and hails from a lower-middle class family. As luck would have it, Sameer and Asha love one another. Raj and Simran try everything under the sun to break the strong bond of love between Sameer and Asha so that Raj could marry Asha and Simran could live happily ever after with Sameer. The mischief-makers even succeed in their evil designs because of which Raj is due to get married to Asha. It is then that Raj and Simran realise that they actually love each other and that they had done a horrific thing by separating Sameer from Asha.
