You are bidding on the FULL PURCHASE PRICE of this auction.  Upon completion of this auction, and final payment, the LAND WILL TRANSFER FREE AND CLEAR TO THE BUYER. CLOSING PROCESS

Upon winning the auction, SELLER WILL CONTACT SELLER IMMEDIATELY via email.  The following will be requested to finalize the documentation:

1. Name to be placed on deed, marital status.

2. Phone Number

3. Address  

4. $300 non-refundable earnest money deposit in the form of a certified check, or money order via overnight delivery service, or bank wire transfer is required within 48 hours.  If the seller has not received funds or heard from the purchaser within this period, the transaction will be considered void, and buyer misconduct will be reported to eBay.

Closing of this transaction is no later than 15 days after the auction ends.  The balance due must be sent within 10 days via cashiers check or money order on or before the closing date.  The balance due is equal to the final sales price, less the $300 earnest money deposit.
