9500sf manufacturing facility zoned Industrial. Built in the early 1900's and solid brick. New metal roof installed within the last 10 years and in good shape. This property is just off a major Georgia State Hwy. Easy access and only 5 minutes from Gray Ga and 15 minutes to Macon Ga. The current tennant just signed a new 3 year lease @ $200 per month (family member) It could easily rent for $550.
