SHIPPING POLICY: Shipping within the continental United States. Shipping within three days from the day your payment is received, no shipping on weekends or holidays. If there is a substantial difference in actual shipping cost vs. calculated/charged shipping there will be a refund for the difference through PayPal provided payment was made through PayPal with a confirmed address. Please contact us if you have any questions prior to bidding. Any item valued over $100 will be required to have insurance and signature confirmation included with shipping charges. Shipping to anywhere other than confirmed address must be paid for by postal money order or cashiers check, if PayPal payment is made funds will be refunded unless prior arrangements are made before bidding. Customer will still be responsible for insurance charges with free shipping if they choose to insure the item. However, If insurance is declined we will not be held responsible for any item damaged or lost in shipping.

PAYMENT POLICY: Money order, PayPal personal check (Paying by personal check may delay shipping until the check clears). SHIPPING TO CONFIRMED ADDRESS ONLY. This is nothing personal but simply a precautionary measure against any fraud. Payment is expected within 3 business days from the time you receive the invoice. Please notify me by e-mail if payment is being mailed.

RETURN POLICY: You must contact us within three business days from the date you receive the shipment, and an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) will be issued before shipping the item back to us. A full refund will be issued, plus the return shipping cost.

Refunds will be honored based upon the following. If the item received is different than the item was listed in the auction. If the item is not in a working condition other than damaged* during shipping. If there is anything missing that is shown in the photos and we are unable to replace or complete the transaction. If the shipping insurance was offered and paid by us.

Refund will not be honored: If a part was not shipped and that part was not listed in my auction. If the item was received damaged as a result of shipping*, and the shipping insurance was purchased by the buyer, or insurance was set as optional to buyer. Claims with shipping company must be filed and followed up by the buyer. If the item you shipped back to us is not the actual item that was originally shipped to you or if there was any damage or missing parts or if the original box was damaged. Returned items without an RMA number will not be honored and will be returned to buyer at buyer expense. Any item sold with an as is auction will be just that, as is.
