Returns will only be accepted if I am emailed about the issue when the item first arrives and then and only then if my criteria is met. First let me say there is NO REFUNDS On any Holiday items! When a refund is approved the shipping amount is NON Refundable and you must have item shipped back to me with Tracking on the pkg within 7 days.
