Description/Condition

The unit powers up, but screen doesn't seem to turn on. You can hear the HDD go thru self test and the fan does turn on. I don't have a way to test any functions so unit is being sold for parts or repair. Software is not included; UPC & Keyboard is included.



	I did see some solenoids activate.

MO or checks should be sent ASAP. Shipping will be delayed for clearance of checks & non-postal money orders (unless check is from Wells Fargo, then no delay). I reserve the right to cancel/void bid if no reply is made within 3 days of auction end and/or payment not received within 7 days of final invoice. Payment must be in USD.

Direct Merchant payment accepted for Visa/MC, Discover & Amex. Item must be shipped to card statement address as part of fraud prevention. Some international cards cannot be processed and there is an extra processing fee for those that can.

PayPal is accepted, however do not go through checkout without invoice from us when purchasing multiple quantity; eBay shipping calculator does not function and will give erroneous amounts.

Shipping charged to your account is only acceptable with validated carrier account number. Multiple purchases can be consolidated for shipping and handling savings. Sorry, no escrow nor COD. Some shipping methods, although listed as available on eBay shipping calculator, may not be available to some countries.

All international (including some non-CONUS) shipments must ship USPS and all non-US buyers SHALL be responsible for any custom fees or taxes due on all items; payable upon receipt.

**Shipping charges are queried off the internet. Even though we use an electronic scale, we have learned that at times the on-line quotes are less than the actual amount once the package is at the counter, especially UPS, et al and especially those situations where buyer believes that their address is business, but to shipper it is residential no matter if conducting business. So the handling charge covers under quoted shipping charges to buyer and covers packaging materials, etc. It is not an attempt to pad the sales price of the item as we try to customize the charge to each item being sold.

See above for handling fees. Insurance fees may or may not be required and vary depending on final sales value amount and/or buyer requested coverage. Insurance is recommended or buyer assumes all risks associated with shipping w/out insurance. Please note that some countries may not honor USPS insurance coverage. ^*2All purchases above $50 shall require insurance; USPS & others are loosing too many shipments in my opinion.

Unless a carrier is specifically requested we will ship using the most expeditious and convenient manner to us, which translates to quicker shipment to you (for example if we have 20 boxes to ship via FedEx and 1 via USPS; we may not make it to USPS that day). We mostly ship via FedEx Ground & USPS. In case of a miss-ship, wrong item will have to be returned first due to 1 bad eBayer's abuse of our trust.

We re-use any and all boxes as much as possible to do our bit for recycling so please don't get all bent out of shape at the shape of the boxes you may receive. Thank you.
