Ingraham National Line "Freedom" Shelf clock

Ingraham “FREEDOM” (aka Old Oaken Bucket or Jack and Jill) , pressed oak Mantel Clock: from the National Line, with a 6" dial, 8 day time and half hour gong striking movement with alarm (note alarm trip lever is missing) on separate bell. Signed movement inscribed with 6 05 on the plate. No extra holes in the backboard. Retains its original wood finish. Some of the label on back is readable.

Not sure if the door glass is original. The paper dial has some discoloration. Hands and pendulum look original. The lower right/left wooden side pieces are plain, ie. they are not steam pressed as is shown in the photos.

All items are packed carefully and shipped in a timely manor. For glass and fragile items, we use lots of packing materials to make sure your items arrive safely, but we do recommend the buyer get insurance. We ship promptly within two days after receiving PayPal payment. Worldwide bidding is welcome and the buyer is to pay appropriate shipping. We are always happy to combine shipping if the auction ends at the same time. A modest $2.00 handling fee is included in the Ebay calculated shipping cost. We do ask that you consider all that we do when leaving feedback as we also take considerable pride in our consistent high ratings as a long time seller within the Ebay community.

Because of their age, antique clocks will show signs of use and are usually not in mint condition.  Every effort has been made to describe and depict this clock as accurately as possible.  Please review the description carefully and inspect the clocks many photos that are a part of the description. Due to the uncertainties of shipping and handling, some clocks may require adjustment by a knowledgeable clock person upon receipt. Please bid accordingly.

Extra care is taken to package auction items.  However, I am not responsible for shipping carrier damages.  Shipping insurance is not included in the above shipping and handling fee.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser to file and process any shipping insurance claim.

Guarantees/Refunds:  This sale is an auction.  There are absolutely no guarantees or refunds whatsoever offered with this item.  All clocks that I sell are complete and are ticking and striking before packing.  However, I do not include any guarantee of any kind and I do not issue refunds because you don't like the item or the clock is not working because of shipping.  Adjustments will be required after you receive the clock, since packing and shipping will affect the running and/or striking of the clock.  If you should see something that is not correctly described in an auction, please email me prior to leaving a negative or neutral comment.  I strive to provide every customer with a superior antique clock purchase.
