Our Return/Refund Policy
Although all items are tested prior to being shipped out, sometimes items are damaged during transit. All items found to be defective or damaged must be reported within 48 hours and returned to Seller within 7 days at the Buyers expense. Seller will attempt to provide a replacement unit upon Seller's receipt of the defective/damaged item(s). If a replacement is not available, Seller will refund 100% of Buyers payment upon receipt of the defective or damaged item(s) from Buyer. All returns must have a valid RMA #, All returns without a valid RMA # will be refused. No returns will be accepted after the 7 day return period.
