RETURNS

 Your satisfaction is number one priority for me.

 If you feel that your purchase does not meet your needs or you don't like it for any reasons please e-mail me and send it back within 3 days after you receive it. I accept items for exchange or refund. You are responsible for shipping from your address back to me and you will be charged restocking fee $10 for each bag and $4 for each wallet unless item has factory damage or you got the wrong item by my mistake. You will not be charged shipping fee to ship exchanged item to your address. Insurance fee is not refundable in any cases.

 Item has to be in the same new condition with attached undamaged tags so please do not replace original tags until you are sure that you want to keep your purchase.

  In case of loss or damage while shipped by USPS appropriate usps form will be filled out for the postal service investigation and refund will be given after the result of the investigation.
