Note: We ONLY accept credit card payments from confirmed PayPal accounts and ship ONLY to confirmed PayPal addresses. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you are not confirmed it is a fairly easy and quick process. We can provide instructions upon request.

All orders are shipped next business day after payment is received and cleared.

Exceptions, the following items are not returnable: software, video games, televisions, any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC), items that are abused, and items sold as-is.

After 14-Days, buyer must follow the product warranty policy if the item becomes defective. All items that carry a Manufacturer warranty (as stated in the product description) are end user warranties only and cannot be returned after 14-days for any reason. Items that carry a 30-Day warranty are covered by Niagara’s Electronics full replacement guarantee. Note, if we do not currently have the item in stock, a full refund will be given. Extended warranties are also offered on most products through SquareTrade (see their link within the product description).

Please note, it is the buyers’ responsibility to pay for shipping charges if the item needs to be sent back.
