US ORDERS/PAYMENT - must be received within 5 days of auction close. If for some reason payment must be made after this time, please notify us. 
WE ONLY ACCEPT

-Personal checks, company checks and COD are NOT accepted.
-All PayPal orders will be shipped to your confirmed PayPal address.
-We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. 

FOR ORDERS THAT WILL SHIP TO CANADA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, ALASKA, and FPO/APO addresses,
Please contact us prior making a purchase to get the shipping cost for your address.

SHIPPING
All systems will be assembled prior to shipping unless the buyer specifies otherwise. 

Your product will be shipped via FedEx, DHL or USPS mail unless otherwise stated.  All products will be shipped within 2-5 business days of a cleared payment. This time is required for processing, assembly of your system, pre and post burn-in testing and burn-in time. 

RETURN POLICY
This is an Auction - All Sales are Final unless they are found to be damaged or defective. If your product is defective (DOA), e-mail us within 14 days of receiving your shipment at: bcowling@ceifirst.com

All returned products will be fully tested. For all returned products that are tested and are found to be functioning properly will be shipped back you, the customer, with a test report. The customer will be subject to a 20% service charge and will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Please Note: All shipping charges are non-refundable!

Compatibility Issues
We are not liable for any incompatibility problems. To avoid selecting the wrong item / system , be sure to check first with the manufacturer of this product(s) / system(s) to be sure of any compatibility issues whether be software or hardware. 

WARRANTY
All products purchased in the US have a one year limited hardware warranty.  This limited hardware warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of CEI’s customers.

The following is NOT covered by our limited hardware warranty:

• Software, including the operating system, third party software or reloading of software
• Problems that occur from:
• external causes such as abuse, misuse, electrical power, over-clocking, etc.
• Servicing not authorized by CEI
• Problems caused by accessories, parts or components not supplied by CEI
• Products for which CEI has not received payment.

Your product is guaranteed to work once you receive it.  If you are having issues within the first 14 days of receiving it, please contact our support at bcowling@ceifirst.com and we will take the proper actions to troubleshoot your issue.  If needed, we will repair/replace the product at our discretion.  S&H will be covered by us.

Beyond the 14th day thereafter, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs to us.  If any problems arise, please contact us and we will help troubleshoot your issue and take the appropriate measure to ensure customer satisfaction.

NON-US customers - Please check with manufacturers' warranty in your country as it may be different from the US warranty. We not provide warranty exchange for non-US customers.
