Payment and Checkout Procedures

2. If paying by Credit Card please call or go to our About Me Page for the link to the secure payment section of our website.

3.  If paying by money order/check/wire transfer please email sales@hammerheadtech.com or call 800-951-9868 or 530-896-0490 with all pertinent information including the ship-to/bill-to address, phone number, and eBay number.

4.  All equipment is sold F.O.B. Chico, California, unless otherwise stated in the ad.

5.  Please do not bid on our auctions if you are not a serious bidder, and if you have negative or zero feedbacks please contact us first, we reserve the right to cancel your bid if you don't contact us first.

6.  All orders within California are subject to 7.25% Sales Tax unless a resale card is provided.

7.  INTERNATIONAL ORDERS All orders under $100 ship via USPS Priority Mail International unless USPS Express Mail International is requested and paid for.  All orders over $100 are shipped USPS Express Mail International for tracking and delivery reliability purposes!

8.  The buyer is responsible for any Duty, VAT/Taxes due at the country of delivery so please understand that these charges will be in addition to our Shipping & Handling fees once the product arrives in your country.

9.  Unless otherwise stated in the auction, our products come with a 30-day warranty and we provide minimal tech support on our products.  A link to our full warranty agreement is available on our About Me page which explains in detail the process when there are defective products or you are not happy with the product received, please read this document.

10.  Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on your country and zip code (If you are requesting a shipping quote please be sure to include these), as well as the size of the item, i.e. larger items require more packaging thus a higher Shipping & Handling fee.  We have very competitive prices on our products and our Shipping and Handling fees are designed to cover our costs on getting the product to you in a safe and expeditious manner.

11. We will not ship any products as a gift or mark any package as a lower value then the actual cost of the item!
