Return Policy:

Customer must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify RohbockRAS within 48 hours and notify us if the item is damaged or in a condition otherwise described in the auction. We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee that the item is as described!
Items damaged in shipping are not included in the satisfaction guarantee described above.
There will be a full refund including original shipping costs on items that are not as described, unless the item has been shipped by freight.
Shipping is not refundable if the item is being returned for any other reason than the satisfaction guarantee described above.
Return shipping costs are not refundable.
Items can only be returned with prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be honored.
Customers must pack any item(s) being returned completely, with all manuals, cables, accessories, software, etc.
Regardless of condition, all products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Damaged item(s) will be returned to customer with no refunds.
