Thank you for your order. To ensure that you receive exactly what you ordered, we have inspected your shipment for accuracy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Until you are certain that a refund or exchange will not be necessary, please handle the item (s) you purchased carefully and retain all product packaging materials. We will assess restocking charges on products returned with missing packaging, missing or defaced manuals, and products that have been marred or otherwise in less than perfect or new condition. Blemishes from cable, driver CD and original box etc. will result in restocking fees.

Products that have been altered, abused or designated as non-returnable may not be returned for exchanges or refunds.

We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price less Shipping & Handling Fee within 30 days of your purchase via parcel post.

For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all the accessories.

The buyer is responsible for any overseas (foreign shipments) applicable import duty and local taxes. Please verify with your customs before purchase.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Customers will be responsible for return shipment fee.
