We do not sell new items on EBay.  Everything is used and every used piece of equipment is different.  Please take the time to read the description, look at the pictures and ask questions thoroughly.  We will answer questions to the best of our knowledge.  Descriptions and specifications are described to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing. IF YOU ARE UNSURE…ASK.  We are not going to cheat anyone, but know what you are buying!

If you would like to know the exact specifications, you are responsible for obtaining that information prior to purchase.  We will supply serial numbers, model numbers, dimensions, weights, overall condition report, and whatever else we have available to us.  The rest is up to you!  All the specifications listed are presented as approximate based on our information sources.  We are not the authority on everything we sell and you should not simply rely on our descriptions as your only source of information.  We will not be held responsible for inaccurate specifications, condition descriptions, or our determination of fitness for a particular purpose and none of these factors are grounds for returns or refunds. You bid, you won, it’s yours!

None of the equipment we sell on EBay was bought new by us, and in some cases, we may even be the second or third owner.  We rely on our ability to appraise the equipment as it arrives to our yard and the honesty of the previous owner as to condition or suspected problems. We cannot verify that the hour meter readings listed are accurate, but based on the condition of the equipment, the hour meter reading is expected be in line with the assumed hours of the machine. In cases where the hours are obviously erroneous, we will state so, otherwise, use your judgment as to the accuracy of the number given.

Don't assume that we have provided a thorough and detailed listing of every possible problem with the item. We may have missed something. Bear in mind that used equipment could always be a day away from breaking and our listing describes the equipment as of the day it was listed!

You have 6 months to pick up your item from the day the auction ends.  After 6 months, you have forfeited your purchase and the machine will be sold to pay storage fees, and you will receive NO REFUND of your purchase price. Once the sale is complete, YOU own the equipment purchased. We will not be responsible for theft, damage, or any other loss incurred during the time that elapses from sale end to product pickup or ship date. If your item is to break in half during that period, we will gladly help you load both halves when you arrive to pick it up.

All sales are final. There will be no negotiation period at pickup. If you failed to get all the information you needed to make an informed buying decision PRIOR to purchase, do not expect us to offer discounts or participate in a negotiation session when you arrive to pickup your item. You are to pay for the item in full, including tax where applicable, and we will assist you with loading at no charge.
