Up for bid is a 404 International Harvester Tractor (Serial #2309J), I believe is a 1963 utility tractor. The over all tractor seems to run out strong. This tractor starts with ease on cold-weather days in Northern Minnesota. The over all tin work is nice. The paint on the tractor is not show room but is in good condition. I would estimate that it had been painted within the last five years. The tractor does not have any large oil leaks, and engine is dry (not leaking). The tractor doesn't smoke oil. It would make someone a great utility tractor.
I have installed new clutch, thrust baring and pressure plate. I've replaced one rear rim and tube. The tractor generator has been replaced with a GM Alternator. As you can see in the picture, it is bolted in place but electrical wiring is not complete. The tires are in fair condition. The rear tire size is 13.6x28 and front tire is 600x16. It has 3-point hitch and power take off (PTO), and power steering. As far as I know, everything works on this tractor. It is, however, being sold as is with no guarantees. I am not a tractor dealer.
Local pick up only. I do not ship. Tractor must be paid for in full within five days of auction end. Tractor may be viewed by appointment only on Saturday, November 7th. Serious bidders only. No scammers need to contact me.
