Presented in this auction is a super awesome Shadow Miss Bitters Variant Action Figure Prototype from the super rare Invader Zim Special Boxed Edition 5-Pack, the very last product to be released in the eye-popping line of Invader Zim action figures from Palisades Toys! The original 5-Pack set was releases AFTER Palisades closed up shop and was ONLY released via a small order through Diamond Distribution, with a quantity of less than 500 pieces!!!

The 5-Pack of Doom featured five characters from Palisades’ Invader ZIM line in a single, easy-to-display package, and it sold out fast. The set included NEVER BEFORE RELEASED variants of some of the best figures, the Screaming Human ZIM, Doggie Suit Duty Mode GIR, Neutral Faced Almighty Tallest Red, Hypnotized Dib, and “Shadow” Miss Bitters.

This unique collectible is classified as a painted 2nd Shot Pre-Production Prototype!!!

Special Features and Info

•         Figure is fully painted and fairly close the what the final versions looked like, with some minor changes needed prior to full licensor approval.

•         Some plastic deformations, “flashing” and marbling (production issues common among early prototype samples) are visible on the sample, but were subsequently removed prior to final mass production.

•         Some of the joints have some tightness and looseness issues that were revised during the pre-production process and some joints have been permanently fused and do not articulate.

•         Bases are included in the auctions.

•         Factory prototypes do not usually arrive in retail packaging, and none is included in this auction. Item will be carefully wrapped for shipment to your mantle!

Limited Edition

Only 2-3 of these items from this developmental stage were ever produced for the production review process!!! Prototype samples are not usually offered for traditional retail sale, nor will they be, as it is not reflective of the final product approved by the licensor but is rather just one step in the process of reacing that final goal.
