Insurance: is not included but can be purchased as I am not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in the mail. 

 Combined shipping: will ONLY apply when items are combined into 1 transaction payment. To qualify for combined shipping discount, payment of all items must be combined into 1 payment for discount to be applied. Please wait for combined invoice to insure shipping discount is applied

I accept Paypal or Money Orders, if you are sending a money order from the US Post office you must send a PINK  INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDER , the Green Domestic US Post Office Money Orders ARE NOT CASHABLE outside the United States.  I DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL OR COMPANY CHECKS FROM ANYONE, NO EXCEPTIONS....Sorry but they will be returned to you.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

In specifying a ship to address outside of Canada, you assume all risk of non-delivery. I will not provide refunds or reshipments for lost or non-delivered merchandise. Please do not bid or buy if you do not want to assume the liability and risk involved with ordering internationally. Please be advised that due to the high level of fraud on International Orders, I reserve the right to request payment via International Money Order on International Orders. Also, please do not post negative feedback that is undeserved due to the lack of reliability of the postal system and the BORDER. I have many, loyal, satisfied international customers, and plan to continue to serve our international friends. Please be patient when waiting for your parcel. I realize sometimes that’s hard to do. ALMOST all parcels are to your home in a 10 to 14 Business days, sometimes longer depending if it gets stopped/held at customs. Remember when calculating days this doesn’t include weekends or holidays.

If you're not happy with your purchase, contact me within 7 days of receipt of item and I will issue a refund less shipping and processing fees upon my receipt of returned merchandise. Merchandise must be returned back to me (unworn/unused) within 7 days for refund - return shipping at your own expense. I will not reimburse the return shipping, shipping fees are part of the convenience of online shopping. Any exchange, credit or refund will be for the original price paid, minus shipping & 15% handling/restocking fee. All returns will be processed within 14 days of our receipt in the order they were received. I will email you with notification when the return process has been completed. Items received for replacement which are unavailable will be refunded or exchanged without a restocking fee.
