This is in NM/NM+ condition and is the Atomic Comics variant limited to only 1,000 copies (Barry Kitson cover).  Plutonium has lost it and is killing all superheroes.  Because he is the most powerful superhero around this is a problem and the remaining superheroes are scrambling trying to find a way to stop/kill him.  Mark Waid has displayed an ability to do more than just write golden age material.  He's a diverse writer that can create excellent stories and this is a great example.

Shipping:  I take care in shipping.  The comics will be bagged and boarded in shipped in a box surrounded by padding.  I would still recommend insurance and would strongly recommend questioning the seller first.  It's important that you're comfortable with the shipping process, so if you have any questions please email me.
