PAYMENT:
Payments are due within 3 days of the date of purchase unless you are bidding on multiple items. We accept PayPal, money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks. If you are bidding on multiple auctions, we will accept combined payment at the end. All combined auctions must end within 10 business days. International buyers welcome (paypal only please).
SHIPPING:
Orders paid for by 6pm pacific time will be shipped the next business shipping day. We ship Monday-Friday. Shipping fees are based upon item weight with a minimal charge to cover shipping materials. To receive a shipping discount, please ask for a combined invoice before you pay. Ebay does not always correctly calculate shipping. We will issue refunds for over-payments over $1.
RETURNS:
If you have a problem, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and we will work to correct it. Due to copyright laws, no returns on embroidery designs or book. To receive a refund, please return the item(s) to us and we will issue a refund for the original purchase price (excluding shipping) via paypal or merchandise credit.
