Liability for Transit of package:
Purchasing any item online warrants the risk of transporting your item. We do not assume responsibilty for any item shipped to you once the package leaves our possession. We do however have a mandatory insurance fee which will cover the cost of your item if it is lost, damaged, or stolen (The insurance fee is included with your shipping and handling cost). Upon confirmation of your package being lost, stolen, or damaged we will send you a replacement package. Once the courier delivers your package we will receive a delivery confirmation of this item. At the time the package is confirmed delivered, you asume all risk with the package including it being stolen, lost, or damaged.
Return Policy:
Returns will be accepted if the product was damaged during shipment, or if the product you receive is different than what was paid for. We will review the tint when returned and if needed send a new set of tints out to you. All customers will pay the shipping cost to ship the product back to us. Otherwise these window tints are custom made for you and all sales are final.

1.) What will I receive in my package?

2.)What shades of tint can I purchase this product in and how would I request them?
We offer 5% very dark, 20% dark, 35% light, and 50% very light film. The only guaranteed way for you to be certain that you will receive the tint in your requested shade is for you to add the correct change of percentage item to your package. You will find this in each auction. You may request to change you percentage of film through email, however your package may already be on its way to you by the time we read your email. Changes made any other way are not guaranteed.
3.) Can I have different shades of window tint for my front windows, and my rear windows?
You may mix the window tint shades. You must let us know when making your payment. However you may use a maximum of two different shades. You must be very specific on what windows you are requesting at different shades.
Example: Front driver and passenger windows 20%, all rear windows 5%.
Example: Front windows 50%, rear driver and passenger windows 35%
4.) How hard is this product to install?
It is not that difficult to install this product. Have patience, plenty of water/solution, and make sure to start from the center and work on out. We also provide you with FREE online instructions that show you in detail how to install this item.
5.) Who is the manufacturer of these window tints?
Our window films are manufactured by an independent manufacturing company. The quality is equivalent to any brand film on the market. It is a grade A quality film.
6.) Does your window tint film come with a warranty/ guarantee?
Our film does have a guarantee. We guarantee our film will never turn colors, fade, peel, crack, or bubble once installed professionally, and maintained properly. If the material does not meet these standards you may send the product back for replacement however shipping is your responsibilty.
7.) I already have window tint on my vehicle, how do I know what percentage film I should purchase to best match my current window tint?
Most factory tints come in at 20%-35%. However if you would like to know for certain you may ask a local tint shop to do a light test. That will be able to determine the exact percentage of your film.
8.) Are these tints legal in my state?
It is your responsibility to know and be aware of your state laws. We are not liable for any tickets or legal ramifications that may arise from purchasing our window tints. Please use your best judgement and research the laws before purchasing this item. We only provide the film, you must use your best judgement on how to use it in a legal manner.
9.) Does the rear window come in one piece, or is it sold in strips?

You may carefully use a razor blade at an angle to remove the old window film. The razor will not scratch the glass because glass is harder than the metal. Please use the razor at a 45 degree angle when skimming off the old window tint. Use caution with your razor and keep safety in mind while removing your old tint.

13.) Are the prices the same for colored tints?
No, colored tints, holographic tints, and mirrored tints cost slightly more than regular black tints.
14.) Can I mix and match the color tints?
Yes, you will be able to mix and match color tints. Tell us when making a payment how you would like your tint kit made. However the price of the kit will be the higher price of the mixed colors.
