Italian Impero / Empire Serving Bowl with Lid 800 Silver


This is a beautiful piece that my family purchased in Italy about 20 years ago as we have always collected Empire and San Marco silver wear. Used for special occasions (maybe 4-5 times) and always kept very well! minor surface scrtaches but other than that it's in fantastic shape!

the bottom is marked "800" and "29 PO"

Lid is marked "800" and PS 333 or PS 222 (sorry it's tiny!)

Height:  1ft tall (with lid)
Width: slightly over 10 inches including handles

Base width: slightly over 4.5" inches wide
Lid width : 1inch wider than bowl counting the groove for a tight fit
