To check what size you should choose, measure yourself above bust- Place the measuring tape above the bust, across the chest, under the armpits and all the way around. If you have a very long torso or a very large chest (breasts) I usually recommend going up a size as the slings are made small.

If you are having difficulty with your sling please thoroughly read the instructions that were sent with your package. If you are still having trouble please contact us, as we are more than happy to assist you in any way we can by giving you great advice on how to use and enjoy your sling.

Keep in mind, years of snuggling with your baby in a sling is well worth a few days of learning how to use your sling.



General Exchange and Return Policy

-Items returned must be in new, unused, undamaged and unwashed condition as stated in our "Condition of Carrier" policy statement.
- Returned packages must be shipped back to us Prepaid. We do not accept "Cash on Delivery" or third party billing for returned merchandise.
- All exchanged and returned slings are charged a $5 restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from any refund given, or must be paid using the method of original payment before an exchange will be shipped.
- No returns will be accepted on sale items. Exchanges only. EBAY BEST OFFERS that are accepted at a discounted price are considered sale items and qualify for Exchanges only.

"Condition of Carrier"
We will not accept any carrier that is damaged by being stained, cut, torn or altered in any way. Nor will we accept a carrier that is unhygienic, by being dirty with spit up, lotion or other substances, faded or worn excessively, containing lint, animal hair, smelling of pet odour, cigarette smoke, perfume, lotion or other fragrances, . Any sling that does not meet the condition of carrier requirements will be sent back to the purchaser who will have to pay the shipping costs.


Please contact us prior to shipping to receive a copy of our EXCHANGE or RETURN forms to complete. One must be completed before we will ship out an exchange or refund any moneys. Our shipping address and contact information is given on that form.

We do not refund shipping charges for exchanged or returned items. All returned shipments must be pre-paid, we do not accept "COD" shipping.
