New Return Policy as of 10-01-09:
Items are only returnable if not as described and must be returned within 7 days in the same box with all packing as shipped to the buyer with all accessory's, no missing, modified or changed out parts, as “we” have kept pictures on file to prove” we” received the same item(s) that were sent out. “Our” decision is final on the legitimacy part being returned to obtain the refund.
On electronics and mechanical items, These items will be tested if possible and will be disclosed in the listing as to whether they work or not. Items that do not function as they should will be listed for parts & or repair. If item(s) (are) is sold as working, Sell It Shop, LLC cannot guarantee how long the item(s) will work, because they are sold as pre-owned with no warranty implied. Sell It Shop, LLC is not a dealer of said items. Any items sold with batteries or consumable items i.e. ink cartridges are sold with no warranty on how long they will last.
Any item that does say tested and working, is only guaranteed to work when received and does NOT have any warranty as to how long it will work after you start using it. Once again these items are pre-owned and Sell It Shop, LLC cannot guarantee anything” we” sell as Sell It Shop, LLC has no means of ordering parts for said items.
For items damaged in shipping, to file claim you must keep the shipping box and all packing for inspection. No claims can be filed if you throw away the box and or packing. The shipper may come to you and pick it up before processing the claim.
