PAYPAL is the prefered method of payment for all of my auctions and store items.

Due to ebay policy, PayPal is the only form of payment that I can accept. If you have questions about that, please email me.

NO PERSONAL CHECKS! A payment in the form of personal check will be returned to buyer.

Payment is due within TWO (2) days of the close of the auction. If payment is not received a non-payment request will be filed with ebay and I hold the right to not sell the item to the buyer and may relist it at my discretion.

NON-payment of items will result in a Non-Paying Bidder claim to be filed which can often result in your account being suspended. So please be sure to pay me.

All items sold AS IS. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not described correctly in the auction or misrepresented. Buyer has THREE (3) days to contact me at Scutterbear@aol.com to initiate the return process. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and if you wish to persue returning an item I will NOT pay for you to return it to me.

I usually get my invoices out to buyers within 24 hours of the close of the auction or store item. It is almost always done through ebays invoicing system. I reserve the right to take up to 2 days to get invoices out. You do not need to write me for the total!

I usually ship within 24 - 48 hours of receiving payment.Though I do reserve the right to 3-5 days in the event of things happening that are out of my control.

All packages are usually shipped either First Class mail, Media Mail or Priority Mail through USPS.

COMBINED SHIPPING: DO NOT pay me until you receive an invoice from me. If you combine the shipping on your own, chances are you will still owe me extra and over-payments because you failed to wait for an invoice will not be refunded. I will combine shipping on all orders per buyer on all purchase or auctions ending on the same DATE! They must end on the same date. If you have multiple purchases or bids on items that end on seperate dates, combined shipping will only apply per each date. Please do not ask for an exception.

Unless it is specifically stated within the auction description, insurance will not automatically be included. Should you need to insure a package there will be an additional charge of $2.00 for insurance that you will need to add to your total. You MUST state IN WRITTING with your payment that you are paying for insurance or it will not be included when the package is shipped and NO refund will be issued.

Insurance is YOUR responsibility. Once any package leaves my house, I am no longer responsible for it. This means that if a freak act of God blows your package away or the post office clerks eats it for lunch and it never makes it to your home/business, I am NOT responsible for that unless you have purchased insurance and NO refund will be given and no replacement sent. Insurance recovery is the responsibility of the buyer.

Right now I would prefer to ONLY ship to the US and Canada.

IF you are a Canadian buyer you MUST email me immediately after the auction closes to let me know your address so I can adjust the shipping charge because the charge WILL be higher than my stated U.S. shipping.

Shipping to other countries other than the US or Canada will be on a case by case basis and the potential buyer MUST email me BEFORE bidding or purchasing an item. I will then decide if I am willing to ship to your country. If you purchase or bid without asking me first if I will ship to your country, I reserve the right NOT to sell the item(s) to you.

My feedback policy always has been and always will be as follows:

I am very happy to leave Positive feedback to all buyers. But I do not leave feedback until I have received feedback from the buyer FIRST. The transaction is not completed until you have received your package and are satisfied.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please email me first before thinking of leaving a negative feedback. Most every situation can be worked through with a little thought and consideration. I always work with anyone as long as it is a legtimate issue. If you do not take the time to read the auction and the terms, then I am NOT responsible for your unhappiness.

I am just a simple fella who is trying to make a little extra cash to help buy groceries and pay bills. I live with my elderly father and take care of him, so this is my income.

I live in rural Mississippi where there are very few job opportunities. So I live out in the country on a little homestead and live a very simple country life.

I'm a Christian fella so that is the reason for the store name. God comes first in my life and family second. Then, if I am lucky, crafts and farming!! :o)
