• For multiple purchases, our checkout system will determine the S&H based on shipping profiles shown in each auction through our calculator. All additional shipping discounts will be applied automatically.  Our system will process the first item with the highest shipping cost and then discount each addl' item at the appropriate rate.
• We do not ship to PO Box or APO/FPO Box. 
• For domestic shipments we ship to:  Continental US including Alaska & Hawaii and all US Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, etc)
• Orders weighing under 1lb. will be shipped via DHL GlobalMail which has a 3-10 business day delivery.
• Please verify your address during checkout. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.
• Shipping will not be refunded if there is a carrier delay or missed delivery
• Insurance is not required but it is HIGHLY recommended as we are NOT responsible for any carrier delays, damages, lost packages or wrong address deliveries.
• All orders including overnight and 2nd day shipments are sent out within 1-4 business days.  Once it leaves our warehouse it will be there in the time paid for.
• We are required to collect 7.25% sales tax when Ship-To address is in California.
• There are no exceptions to our shipping policy
• We allow local pick-ups at our Oxnard, CA warehouse M-F 9-5.  S&H must be paid for, but will be given a 15% discount off the final S&H fees

• We accept credit card payment for US orders only. We do not accept non-US issued credit cards.
• Payments are expected within 15 days of auction completion Unpaid item (UPI) complaint will be filed with Ebay upon non-receipt of payment.
• Bidding on multiple auctions? Simply wait until all of the auctions have ended, and complete the checkout from the most recent email that you received from us.

• We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price less 10% restocking fee & original S&H within 30 days of receiving your item.  Please call 805-201-1994 or email us for return instructions.
• For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories.
• Please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed.
