One Jack Higgins first edition hardback book "STORM WARNING". About the German supply ship Deutschland. Jack Higgins also wrote "The Eagle Has Landed".

Published by William Collins in 1976. The hardback book itself is in very good condition with very good condition dustwrapper (the dustwrapper is very lightly soiled). Nice and clean example.

"In August 1944, as the war in Europe enters its final throes and Germany faces defeat, Captain Berger, master of the German supply ship Deutschland, peacefully sailing up and down the coast of Brazil, decides to risk sailing the old baquentine home to Kiel, 5000 miles across oceans dominated by the Allied navies.
Storm Warning is the epic account of this act of reckless courage ..."
