We grade our records, 78s,LPs, EPs and 45s using the standard guidelines found in Goldmine's Record Album Price Guide and Jerry Osborne Official Price Guide.

MINT -  Forget about it!  Often rumored but rarly seen, the only thing close is an unopened copy. (which can still have flaws)

NEAR MINT - A good discription of NM is it simply looks like it was just store bought, opened and played. Looks nearly perfect (no major flaws on the vinyl or cover including factory defects) This is the top current average prices you see in official price guides.

VERY GOOD PLUS -  A good discription of VG+ is signs of wear like, couple of light scratches or scuffs, even some minor warping as long as sound and playablity are not effected. Cover can have some very minor seam wear or split (No More than one inch long) and light corner wear, basically well cared for.(half of NM prices) 

VERY GOOD - ok, we are in the middle of the road here and always worth the money. A record in VG condition is your common, collectible and proud to own, that still looks good and plays very well. They may have these flaws, some surface noise, a few more light scratches (No Skips) and light label fading. The cover has signs of being handled abit, with minor ring wear, a couple of splits, also some writings, stamps or price tags, but not all three at the same time. We are talking normal wear here.

LOWER GRADES - Are Good, Poor, and Fare. The G rated records are your everyday played and enjoyed by music lovers. These are still very collected and are used as filler records til shaper ones come along. The vinyl plays from beginning to end without skipping and the covers are still intact, well handled and well loved. Don't discard these, enjoy them (I do!) you may not be able to replace them.  With that said, we do not sell anything below Good - example of our pricing will be 10 to 50% of NM for the very rare only, garanteed. Everything else is priced to sell quick at just $ 1.99 each. Our shipping is low at $4.50 in the U.S (up to 3 records) and $16.00 outside the country. If you want insurance add $1.65, we understand.
