James Cagney Life Mask
Cast From the Face of the filmdoms greatest Gangster

James Cagney (1904 - 1986 ) Born on New York's East Side he was the most exciting gangster-hoodlum ever portrayed on film. Cagney also proved, in melodramas and comedies, that he was one of the top notch actors in movie history. He won the Academy Award for his performance of a song and dance man in the 1942 Yanky Doodle Dandy.

This started with an actual life cast
mask of James Cagney.
Then it has been sculpturaly
enhanced by me Erick Erickson.
The Hair, ears and eye brows
have been added to create a very
lifelike display.

All of the original detail of the
historic cast has been preserved.
So the work of art you get has
a direct link to James Cagney.
It's like having Cagney right there
with you squishing a grapefruit in your face.

The finnished piece is cast in USG's Tuf-Cal gypsum cement,
it is fiber filled and has polymer additves to assure it will last forever.

  • It measures 10." High X 7.75" Wide X 6" Deep.
  • It is aproximatly 6.5 pounds unpacked.

It is finished in Silver Screen Silver
then rubbed with an antiquing overlay to bring out the detail.
The piece is then sealed with a clear coat to preserve the finish.
Each mask comes with hanging instructions and the screw.
Or it can be displayed on the optional stand.
