POSTAGE & HANDLING

Australia Post using prepaid satchels/envelopes/parcels. Items are posted within 1 business day of payment clearing.

PICK UP

Please note that there is NO pickup on any item.

POSTAGE DISCOUNTS

(for Australian buyers only)

Postage discount upon eBay checkout is: the postage cost of the heaviest book followed by 30% of subsequent postage fees per book.

Optional:

If you request a total amount we will charge you only the satchel fees. 500gms = $5.30, up to 3kg = $9.30. This is strictly upon total request.

International postage is based on total weight and MUST be quoted if buying more than 1 book.

BARGAIN BOOKS

Bargain Books are a separate category in our store. The prices are designed for quick sales. Bargain books may not have a synopsis of the story and has a general quality description.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns, replacements or refunds are only given if the item was severely damaged or was described incorrectly.

Please email us first:

All returns or replacements (where possible) are to be done within 5 days of you receiving the item, and must be returned to us in the original packaging or as received by you.

While we will refund or credit the cost of the book and the original postage, cost of return postage will be at your expense.

If you are not happy with your book please email us before leaving feedback as we endeavour to give satisfaction.

FEEDBACK

Feedback will be left once it is received. Please allow up to 5 days for feedback to be returned.

CONTACT

We attempt to answer emails and send invoices within 24 - 48 hours. We ask for your patience in waiting for a response as it may not be always possible for us to respond quickly.

PAYMENT TIMEFRAME

Payment is to be made with 10 days of sale unless otherwise arranged. If there is no contact or payment made by the end of the 10 days, a dispute will be lodged and negative feedback left.

SPECIAL REQUEST

We are more than happy to post books to another location on your behalf, to save you time and added postage costs. The invoice will not be included and personal messages from you can be added. Please email us to find out more.
