This is a new but cosmetic finish blemished Jay Turser JTA-412CET-TS Acoustic Electric Cutaway Thin Body Tobacco Sunburst that is being sold as is with no factory warranty. There is no case.

The dimensions: 37.75" overall length, 18.75" length of body, 10.25" upper body bout width, 13.75" lower body bout width, 3 1/16" body depth, 24.25" scale (nut to saddle), 1.75" nut width

I will allow returns within 7 days for any reason you do not want to keep it. I will refund the purchase price less any shipping to or from my shipping location.

Blemish Disclaimer: This guitar has about 5 very small 1/16 inch dings on the back of the guitar on the left side below the upper bout area. They are very hard to see unless the light hits them just right. The only noticeable blem is where the tech 'touched-up" an 1/2 inch mark with a touch up pen. It is black colored and shows up against the mahogany colored back. Pic is enclosed. I thought the white dot by the sound hole was a blem but I was able to remove it after I took the pic. It's not there anymore.

This is a very easy playing guitar with a nice action. It has a big sound for such a small body guitar.
