 3.  Although ALL SALES ARE FINAL, IF A RETURN IS NEEDED, SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDED, NO MATTER THE CASE.
 4.  While under warranty, if item shows lack of full functionality, customer has the responsibility for all inbound shipping charges.  We will pay for out bound
       charges back to the customer.

 5.   Fees/charges from payment charge-backs or rescinded funds will be responsibility of the buyer.

 6.  In order to provide us with the opportunity to resolve any outstanding concerns to your complete satisfaction, you agree to participate in third-party
       mediation via SquareTrade.com before posting neutral or negative feedback.

7.   Even though we use quality trucking companies, boxes or packaging may be damaged during delivery.  In case of exterior damage to the box, the driver's
       signature must be obtained and the shipping receipt with a clear statement that the box was damaged upon arrival for return authorization and insurance
       purposes. If you sign for a damaged package, it is your responsibility for any damage to the product and the responsibility of the buyer to file any claims.  It is possible minor/major damages may be caused to the appliances.  Freon on refrigerators can be lost, coils loosened, etc. 

8.  There is a limited store warranty offered for local buyers.  If near the area of the store we will offer in store warranty for 30 days.  On in-state buyers over a 20 minute drive, appliances will be warrantied if brought back to the store.  (Inquire before bidding for areas included).

9.   Please Note: Since these are sold out of the original box it is possible there may be a small scratch or ding that can be overlooked.  Usually on the sides, bottoms, or back of the unit.

Local Buyers are more than welcome to visit and view the appliances before bidding.  Local Buyers are elegible for delivery or pickups.  Send questions before coming to view; make an appointment that suits your schedule.
