All items will be shipped to the shipping address indicated on your paypal account. Once payment is made to us We will receive

We have no way of changing or correcting your shipping address so before making payment to us , make sure all information including your shipping address and email are current. If package sent out to you are returned as undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address,we wont resend the package unless shipping cost is paid again.It will take 3-5 business days to receive a package

If scale is DOA You may return scale to us for a replacement. All scales must be returned within 5 days of purchase.
We are not to be liable for return postage. Once a broken scale is returned We will ship a replacement scale within 24 hours.
