CONDITION: Excellent with one tiny pin hole on the center of the upper white border, two tiny scratch dots on the dog's lower body and very slight foxing on the edge of the lower right hand corner.

(PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM PERSONALLY VERY CONDITION CONSCIOUS AS A BUYER SO I WILL ATTEMPT TO POINT OUT EVERY POSSIBLE ANOMALY - IN MOST CASES I UNDERSTATE THE CONDITION AND IT'S USUALLY MUCH BETTER THAN COMPARABLE ONES BEING SOLD ON EBAY WHERE SELLERS ARE NOT AS DETAILED AS I AM.)

SHIPPING TERMS

I offer international shipping via USPS. Shipping and handling costs include the actual shipping cost, packing and gas. The shipping cost will be paid by the buyer, and will be added to the invoice during checkout.

Payment must be received, at the latest, within one week of the end of the auction. I reserve the right to cancel the transaction and re-list the item if payment has not been received within this time frame. Please allow approximately up to five (5) business days after payment is received for your order to be processed before shipping.

Local duties, taxes and customs clearance charges incurred in the country of destination for international shipments shall be incurred by the buyer and are not my responsibility.

COMBINED SHIPPING COST DISCOUNTS

If you wish to combine multiple purchases for a shipping discount, the closing dates from the first to the last purchase must be within a maximum of 10 days of each other. Please notify me of your desire to combine shipments when making your initial purchase. The combined shipping cost for like items of this auction is US$1.00 per additional item combined. If combining unlike items  from different listings such as weight/size  I will have to calculate the shipping discount on a case by case basis.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is of the utmost concern to me. I strive to describe the condition of my merchandise in detail and accurately. If the merchandise purchased is materially different than described in this auction the buyer shall have the right within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the merchandise to rescind the transaction by so notifying me and by returning the merchandise to me, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense within three (3) business days. All merchandise are well packed so as to arrive in undamaged condition to the buyer.  The original shipping charges and return shipping costs shall be paid by the buyer in the case of a return.

INSURANCE

Insurance is available through either Auctiva or the USPS upon the request of the buyer. All merchandise is well packed so as to arrive in undamaged condition to the buyer. If for another reason there is damage to the merchandise and the buyer did not request shipping insurance then the buyer shall be responsible for such damaged merchandise.
