Payment Terms:
All payments are due within 3 days.
If payment is not received by the 4th day, an unpaid item case will be opened.
Credit cards and E-Checks through Paypal (Will ship after E-check clears).
Orders will be shipped to the address on the PayPal payment only.
All Paypal payments must have a US registered Paypal account & we will only ship to
(U.S. registered Paypal addresses only).
Kentucky residents must add 6% sales tax.

Shipping Terms
We ship to lower 48 states only. No shipping to AK, HI, PR, GU, VI
We do not ship to Military addresses and NO International shipping.
We ship 5 days a week but no weekend shipping.

We ship UPS or USPS at our discretion.

Feedback Policy
We leave feedback when we receive it. This assures us that your shipment has arrived at its destination.
If there are any problems, please email us before posting feedback or leaving low DSR ratings
so we may try to resolve the issue first. Communication is the key to a smooth transaction.

Return Policy
Satisfaction Guaranteed. You must contact us within 2 days of delivery if you would like to make a return or if there is a problem with your order. We must receive the item back within 7 days after contacting us. You will receive a refund of the purchase price only less a 20% restocking fee. The refund does not include any s/h charges. You will also be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your expense. We will only accept the item back in the original, new condition it was sent in. Any item that is returned used will void our return policy and no refund will be given.
We will issue an RMA # and this, along with your full name, email address & item number will be required for the return.
You will also be required to ship the item back in the original packaging with insurance and a tracking number. You will also need to email the tracking number after you have shipped the item back.
Any package returned without an RMA# or tracking # will not be accepted.

Damaged Shipments
If you receive a damaged/broken item you will need to contact us within 2 days of receipt.  You will be REQUIRED to provide proof of damage (email picture). If you cannot provide a picture you will be required to ship the item back at your expense. After we receive picture or returned item we will provide a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Depending on the situation you may still be required to ship the item back to us.
