Payment Terms:
All payments are due within 3 days.
Credit card payments by phone (USA issued cards only). 
Credit cards and E-Checks through Paypal (Will ship after E-check clears).
Orders will be shipped to the address on the PayPal payment only.
All Paypal payments Must have a US registered Paypal account & we will only ship to
(U.S. registered Paypal addresses only).
Kentucky residents must add 6% sales tax.

Combined Shipping Policy

It is your responsibility to contact us to get  a combined discounted shipping rate before making payment..
Once a payment is received, the transaction is closed and you will not be able to add to the order
and there will be no adjustment to your payment.

We charge a minimal handling fee to cover packing materials to ensure you package arrives safely.
We ship 5 days a week but no weekend shipping.

Feedback Policy
We leave feedback when we receive it. This assures us that your shipment has arrived at its destination.
If there are any problems, please email us before posting feedback or leaving low DSR ratings
so we may try to resolve the issue first. Communication is the key to a smooth transaction.

Return Policy
Satisfaction Guaranteed. You must contact us within 2 days of delivery if you would like to make a return or if there is a problem with your order. We must receive the item back within 7 days after contacting us. You will receive a refund of the purchase price only. The refund does not include any s/h charges and there will be a 20% restocking fee. You will also be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your expense. We will only accept the item back in the original, new condition it was sent in.
Any item that is returned used will void our return policy and no refund will be given.
We will issue an RMA # and this, along with your full name, email address & item number will be required for the return.
You will also be required to put insurance and a tracking number on your return and email us this number when shipped back.
Any package returned without an RMA# or tracking # will not be accepted.

Damaged Shipments
If you receive a damaged/broken item you will need to contact us within 2 days of receipt.  You will be REQUIRED to provide proof of damage (email picture). If you cannot provide a picture you will be required to ship the item back at your expense. After we receive picture or returned item we will provide a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Depending on the situation you may still be required to ship the item back to us.
