VF Electronics warranty covers our electronics products for 1-year from date of purchase.
We will repair or exchange defective equipment with no additional charge unless replacement item is an upgrade, which would result in additional fees for upgrade and shipping.
If product being returned is discontinued or out of stock, item will be replaced with a comparable product.
Discontinued products are sold as is.
Store exchange credit is the same amount that the original item was purchased for.
Only original purchaser can claim warranty.
For warranty exchanges/repairs please contact us for the address of our warranty department.
Item accessories not sent back for exchanges such as: box, adapters, harnesses, plugs, etc. will be left out for exchange. Please include all accessories when exchanging discontinued items or items no longer in stock.
A Return Authorization Number may be needed for returning merchandise to VF Electronics for warranty. Please contact us to find out if A Return Authorization Number will be needed for your item.
There will be no shipping fees for the return of warranty items.
Warranty items sent back to us C.O.D. will not be accepted.
Misuse, improper installation, physical damage, or tampering with item will void warranty.
Certain items will be send back to repair and if not repairable, item will be replaced in accordance with manufacture warranty.
Repair time will vary depending on brand and manufacture service center process.
